1 : How do I install XsBlocker?

www/plugins/xsblocker/xsblocker.php => plugins/xsblocker/xsblocker.php
www/plugins/xsblocker/xsblocker.setup.php => plugins/xsblocker/xsblocker.setup.php

Go into the administration panel, then tab "Plugins", click the name of the new plugin, and at bottom of the plugin properties, select "Install all". Once you have finished installing it get to configuring it.

2 : How do I congfigure XsBlocker?

Seperate each country code with a comma then a space ", ". country codes are in lower case "tr, us, ca" :
This is where you enter the different country codes.

Would you like to allow existing members to still be able to login?
Yes / No - With this you can set it to where existing members from the blocked country can still login. Others will not be able to login

If Login is set to "no". This is the message that will appear when the blcoked parties come to the site.
This is just what it says. If you select "No" on the option above all they will see is a white screen and the message you choose to for them to see.

That is probably because you don't have GeoIP installed. You can download the latest version by going to Neocrome.net and checking the download section.

Also, Make sure you are entering the country codes properly!

4 : What happened to v1

v1 is no longer supported. This one has the same options plus more.
